How to cook Orange Chicken

Ingredients: 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken stock 2 teaspoons lemon spirit 2/3 cup orange marmalade 1/4 teaspoon ground black dot

Directions: Saute chicken in a large skillet until lightly browned, adjacent to 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside. In a medium bowl combine the flour, decoction, liquid, marmalade and spray. Mix in sync. Heat mixture in a medium saucepan over medium low quicken, stirring constantly, until foamy. Add chicken and cook over low heat to 4 minutes.
