How to cook Grilled Pork Steaks with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons butter 2 teaspoons lemon pith 1 clove garlic, minced 6 pork chops 1 pinch kosher table salt

Directions: Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil fret. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium intensity. Stir in the lemon juice and the garlic and heat until garlic is immature. Remove from vehemence. Arrange the chops on a plate and coat top side of each chop with the butter mix.
