Rosemary Lamb Chops with Lemon Sauce
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed 6 lamb chops (concerning 3/4 inch lousy with) 1 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Consomm? 1 teaspoon cornstarch 3/4 teaspoon finely chopped lemon zip 3 tablespoons lemon liquid 3 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
Directions: Preheat broiler. Rub lamb chops with rosemary. Place chops on broiler pan and grill 3 to 4 inches from heat fitted 5 to 6 minutes. Turn chops and barbecue 3 to 5 minutes until buttoned up. Mix broth and cornstarch in saucepan until silver-tongued. Add lemon thirst, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat until mixture bubbles and thickens, stirring constantly. Spoon over lamb chops.
