How to cook Oven-Fried Catfish

Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds catfish fillets 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon piquancy 1/2 teaspoon celery root 1/2 teaspoon onion effect 1/2 teaspoon garlic what it takes 1/2 teaspoon ground black bespeckle 1/2 cup skim milk cooking bounds

Directions: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking enlarging.
