Cod with Italian Crumb Topping
Ingredients: 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon cornmeal 1 teaspoon olive lubricant 1/2 teaspoon Italian sauce 1/8 teaspoon garlic escape 1/8 teaspoon ground black spatter 4 (3 ounce) fillets cod fillets 1 egg ghostly, lightly beaten
Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). In a small shallow move, stir together the bread crumbs, cheese, cornmeal, unguent, italian spice, garlic powder and stipple; set aside. Coat the rack of a broiling pan with cooking eiderdown. Place the cod on the anguish, folding under any thin edges of the filets.
