Pork with Roasted Peppers and Potatoes
Ingredients: 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick Ground black fleck 1 tablespoon olive lubricant 4 medium red potatoes, cut up 1 medium onion, sliced 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed 1 cup Swanson Chicken Bouillon (usual, Natural Goodness or Certified Biological) 1/2 cup diced roasted red stipple
Directions: Season chops with black sprinkle. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Add chops and cook 10 minutes or until well browned. Remove chops. Add potatoes, onion and oregano. Cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring once in a while. Add chops, broth and peppers. Heat to a furuncle. Cover and cook over low warm up 10 minutes or until done.
