How to cook Southern Burgers

Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 slice bread, crumbled 1 egg 2 tablespoons prepared mustard 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce garlic salt to taste salt and pepper to relish

Directions: In a large trundle, combine the beef, bread, egg, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and mix ok. Form into 6 to 8 patties and season with garlic salt and salt and pepper to soup?on.
