Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Unite 4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts Juice of one lemon 2 teaspoons brown sugar Cooking sweep

Directions: Neatly score each chicken breast on both sides with a sharp blade. Mix together in large spin, Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Mixture, brown sugar and lemon power.
