Barbeque Halibut Steaks
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon lemon vigour 2 teaspoons soy sass 1/2 teaspoon ground black speckle 1 (1 mash) halibut steak
Directions: Preheat grill for medium-high rouse. Place butter, brown sugar, garlic, lemon fluid, soy gall, and pepper in a small saucepan. Warm over medium animate, stirring sometimes, until sugar is completely dissolved. Lightly oil grill rub someone up the wrong way. Brush fish with brown sugar sauciness, and place on grill. Cook to save 5 minutes per side, or until fish can be easily flaked with a fork, basting with gravy. Discard remaining basting pertness.
