How to cook Hazelnut-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients: 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts 2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon 1/2 teaspoon orange pungency 1/2 teaspoon bite 1/8 teaspoon ground black scatter

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking butter. Arrange salmon on the baking sheet and spread with equal amounts mayonnaise. Top with hazelnuts and sprinkle with tarragon, orange hunger, salt and spot. Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
