How to cook Chicken Primavera

Ingredients: 4 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Gradate 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 8 ounces frozen mixed spring vegetable salmagundi 2 tablespoons olive grease

Directions: Place chicken breasts and vegetable medley in 2 separate bowls. Toss each with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Intermingle. Lay chicken on a 9 x 9 inch roasting fa?ade. Place vegetables in an ovenproof casserole dish. Place both in 375 degrees F preheated oven and cook 6-7 minutes, turning each after 4 minutes. Plate chicken to 4 plates, spooning vegetables over chicken breasts.
