Chicken Scampi
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter 1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Liberal) 1/4 cup top 2 teaspoons lemon liquid 2 cloves garlic, minced Hot cooked pasta
Directions: Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high inflame. Add the chicken and cook inasmuch as 10 minutes or until it’s well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside. Stir in the soup, spray, lemon juice and garlic. Heat to a chafe. Return the chicken to the skillet and reduce the heat to wretched. Cover and cook through despite 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked inclusive of. Serve the chicken with the pasta.
