Quick Chicken a la King
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon margarine or butter 1/4 cup chopped green pepper or red spatter 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Recognized, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium) 1/2 cup bleed 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken or ham 4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice
Directions: Heat margarine in saucepan. Add pepper and cook until inflamed. Add soup, milk and chicken. Heat in every way. Serve over rice.
