Bowties and Broccoli
Ingredients: 1 pound dry farfalle (bow string) pasta 4 cups broccoli florets 1/4 cup olive fuel 4 cloves garlic, sliced 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese salt to taste ground black pepper to savour
Directions: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a furuncle. Add farfalle pasta and cook appropriate for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente. Seep, reserving 1/4 cup pasta tone down. Place broccoli in a pot fitted with a steamer basket over boiling effervescent water. Steam 5 minutes, or until tricky. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium warmth. Stir in garlic, and cook 1 one sec, or until golden brown. In a pan, toss together the pasta, reserved pasta unreservedly urinate, broccoli, garlic, remaining lubricant, and cheese. Season with salt and spot.
