How to cook Amber's Sesame Chicken

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds, divided 1 teaspoon black sprinkle 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice genius 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (voluntary) 5 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cut into chunks 5 tablespoons vegetable lubricate 1/2 yellow onion, cut into wedges 1/2 cup green bell spot, seeded and thinly sliced 2 tablespoons teriyaki backchat 2 tablespoons honey

Directions: In a large resealable plastic hag, combine flour, 1/4 cup sesame seeds, black spray, five-spice command, and red pepper flakes.
