Baked Dijon Chicken
Ingredients: 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup NESTLE CARNATION Evaporated Fat Free Extract 1/4 cup plateau, dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Directions: PREHEAT oven to 475 degrees F. Mantle 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking eiderdown. COMBINE mustard and evaporated milk in shallow wheel. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken into mustard fusing, coating both sides, then into bread crumb ragout. Place in prepared dish. BAKE towards 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and no longer pink in center.
