How to cook Grilled Hot Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients: 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons salsa 2 green onions, chopped 8 slices sourdough bread 1/2 pound deli-sliced turkey 4 slices pepperjack cheese 4 tablespoons butter

Directions: Mix the mayonnaise, salsa, and green onions in a small wheel. Spread the seasoned mayonnaise evenly on each slice of bread. Layer the turkey and cheese on 4 of the slices. Top with remaining bread to cook 4 sandwiches. Touch 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium ignite. Fry sandwiches in butter until lightly toasted. Add remaining butter to skillet, turn sandwiches to the ground. Cook until the cheese is melted, and the bread is browned.
