How to cook Fried Pork Chop

Ingredients: 1 cup vegetable oil for frying 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon seasoning pepper ‘, or to taste salt and pepper to savour 4 (3/4 inch) thick pork chops

Directions: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high intensify. Combine flour, seasoning sock away, salt and pepper in a paper or plastic carpet-bag. Place pork chops into the overnight bag, and shake to cagoule. When the oil is nice and lubricous, shake off excess flour from pork chops, and fry in the hot lubricant. Cook on each side for concerning 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden on the longest, and juices run nitid.
