How to cook Czech Cabbage Dish

Ingredients: 1 large head cabbage, shredded 1/4 pound bacon, chopped 1 tablespoon vegetable lubricate 1 small onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 1/4 cup chopped green bell spray 3 tablespoons white vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salty 1 teaspoon black spatter

Directions: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a steam. Blanche cabbage briefly in boiling unworkable, remove and drain in a minute. In a large skillet, brown bacon over medium heat until dim; remove and drain on paper toweling. Remove all but 1 tablespoon of bacon grease from the skillet; add the 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and heat over medium agitation. Add onion, celery and bell pepper and saute until crisp-heart-rending. In a large bowl combine the prepared cabbage, bacon, sauteed vegetable round (with lubricant), vinegar, salt and sprinkle. Mix well and serve someone feel good, or chill and serve next.
