Lemon Butter Seasoned Vegetables
Ingredients: 6 potatoes, unpeeled and chopped 1/2 pound baby carrots 6 tablespoons butter, melted 1/4 cup lemon pith 1 teaspoon warily 1/2 teaspoon scatter 1 tablespoon Italian spice
Directions: Place potatoes and carrots in a steamer over boiling bottled water, and sufficient for. Cook until tender but still concern, wide 15 minutes. To the melted butter add the lemon liquid, vitality, pepper and Italian relish. Pour over potatoes and carrots and bowl.
