How to cook Chicken a la Creme

Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins or strips salt and pepper to grace 1 pint heavy cream

Directions: Melt half of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high torridness. Season chicken tenders with salt and fleck, and saute them in butter until golden on all sides, not far from 10 minutes. Add the remaining butter, reduce heat to intermediation, and cook towards 5 more minutes. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, and simmer gently representing 5 minutes, stirring off, until the sauce has thickened and chicken is cooked thoroughly. Best when served with fresh French bread for dipping.
