Campbell’s Kitchen Honey-Mustard Chicken
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell’s Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard Chopped toasted pecans 4 cups hot cooked rice
Directions: Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add soup, mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Heat to a fulminate. Cover and cook over low hot up 5 min. or until perfected. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve with rice.
