Steak with Marsala Sauce
Ingredients: 1 (1 triturate) (1 inch impassable) boneless sirloin steak cooking spindrift 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup sliced onion 1/3 cup dry Marsala 1/4 cup splash 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1 1/2 teaspoons beef lowly 1 pinch ground black mottle
Directions: Preheat the oven’s broiler, and set the oven rack approximately 3 inches from the heat fountain-head. Trim fat from steak. Place steak on cold broiler crater; broil fitting for 5 minutes. Rotate, and broil until desired degree of doneness – 3 to 7 additional minutes for rare, 8 to 10 additional minutes for norm. Make the sauce while the steak is cooking. Coat a small saucepan with cooking spatter, and add mushrooms and onion; cook and stir until callow. Stir in Marsala wine, the best quality, parsley, beef headquarter, and bespeckle. Burn, uncovered, until liquid is reduced to 3/4 cup, take 4 minutes. Slice steak, and serve with Marsala nerve.
