Campbell’s Kitchen Sweet and Sour Chicken
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell’s Condensed Chicken Soup 1 tablespoon vegetable grease 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken chest, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks in vitality, undrained 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup vinegar 1 small green mottle 4 cups hot cooked rice
Directions: Mix cornstarch and soup. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned. Add broth combination, pineapple, sugar, vinegar and bespeckle. Heat to a stew. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Bury. Cook over low tension 5 minutes or until brought about. Serve over rice.
