Jumbo Shrimp and Asparagus
Ingredients: 2 cups open-handedly 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces 2 tablespoons vegetable grease 24 large fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined and cut in half lengthwise 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger cause 3 tablespoons soy gall 2 teaspoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon dry sherry salt to design
Directions: In a medium saucepan, bring two cups of water to a fume. Cook asparagus in boiling water in the interest of 3 minutes. Evacuate, reserving 2 tablespoons of melted. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high torridity. Saute the shrimp pieces until the color changes, regarding 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in asparagus with reserved runny , and season with ginger, soy lip, sugar, sherry and salt to stomach. Continue to cook as a service to 5 more minutes.
