Ingredients: 1 pound fresh fettuccine pasta 5 ripe tomatoes, chopped 1/2 small red onion, chopped 1 cup chopped fresh basil 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped freshly ground black pepper to leaning 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive lubricator 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a seethe. Add fettuccini and cook in the interest 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; gutter. In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, onion, basil, olives and black spatter. Toss the fettuccini with olive lubricator. Serve pasta topped with tomato mixture and feta cheese.
