Beef with Green Onion
Ingredients: 1 1/2 tablespoons dry sherry 3 tablespoons oyster gravy 1/2 teaspoon white sugar 2 teaspoons cornstarch 2 tablespoons peanut grease 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced 6 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Directions: In a small trundle, mix the sherry, oyster pertness, sugar, and cornstarch. Heat the oil in a skillet, and cook the flank steak prevalent 3 minutes. Stir in sherry sauce amalgam. Add the green onions, and continue cooking 10 minutes, or until the flank steak is evenly brown and the green onions are advance.
