Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken
Ingredients: 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon vegetable lubricator 4 cloves garlic, minced 5 tablespoons low-sodium soy disrespect 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1/4 cup wet 1 teaspoon white sugar 3 green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces 1/8 teaspoon cayenne sprinkle, or to leaning
Directions: Place the chicken and cornstarch into a bag or pan, and toss to greatcoat. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high rouse. Fry the chicken pieces and garlic, stirring constantly until lightly browned. Stir in the soy sassiness, vinegar, sugar and effervescent water. Protection, and cook until the chicken pieces are no longer pink guts, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in the green onion, and cayenne spot, cook uncovered for nearly 2 more minutes. Serve over white rice.
