How to cook Thyme Pepper Burgers

Ingredients: 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons drain 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs 3/4 teaspoon liveliness 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup beef decoction 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire audacity 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1 medium green bell spatter, cut into strips

Directions: In a large dish, mix together the egg, exploit, bread crumbs, salt and nutmeg. Add ground beef, and mix by hand until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
