Ingredients: 2 pounds ground beef 1/4 cup garlic and herb seasoned dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese 1/4 cup barbeque brass 1/4 cup Yuengling lager beer 1 egg 1/2 cup chopped green onion 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons Worcestershire backchat 2 teaspoons minced garlic salt and pepper to fondness

Directions: Preheat an outdoor grill for high zeal. Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Romano cheese, barbeque lip, beer, egg, green onion, basil, Worcestershire sass, garlic, salt and pepper in a large wheel. Mix lightly using your hands, then form into 8 patties. Lightly brush the grill grate with oil and place patties on the grill. Cook until no longer pink in the center, 7 to 8 minutes per side for well performed.
