Campbell’s Kitchen Beef Teriyaki
Ingredients: 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 3/4 cups Swanson Beef Bouillon (proper, Lower Sodium or Certified Structured) 2 tablespoons soy cheek 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon garlic drag 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets Hot cooked rice
Directions: Slice beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, bouillon, soy, brown sugar and garlic powder until calender. Set aside. Stir-fry beef in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and juices dispel. Add broccoli and cook 1 bat of an eye. Stir cornstarch mixture and add. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
