Salmon Fillets with Mustard Glaze
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive lubricant 4 salmon fillets, 3/4-inch thick each black spatter 1 cup Swanson Chicken Soup (likeable, Natural Goodness or Certified Animate) 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon country-style Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
Directions: Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high stress. Add salmon, skin-side up, and cook for just about 5 minutes or until browned. Turn salmon and season with black dot. Count up 1/2 cup stock. Heat to a bubble. Cover and cook over low fury 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove salmon and keep vexed. Add remaining bouillon, vinegar, mustard and brown sugar. Heat to a bubble. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened and reduced to 1/4 cup. Serve over salmon.
