Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice 1 tablespoon sesame oil soy sauce to desire 2 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger tuber 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

Directions: Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in rice and retreat. Remove from heat and let place upright 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and drain any excess top-grade. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium intensity. Stir in rice and soy brass; heat briefly then transfer rice to a basin. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, then stir in rice. Stir in ginger and green onions; heat through and of use.
