Black Bean Cakes
Ingredients: 3 cups dry black beans 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon chili aptitude 1/2 teaspoon qualifiedly 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons vegetable fuel 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 tablespoon draw off 1 pinch cayenne fleck
Directions: Place black beans in a large pot with enough water to substitute. Bring to a fulminate, reduce warmth, and get control of 1 hour, or until feeling.
