Picante Beef Steaks with Sauteed Onions
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive fuel 1 (1 empty) boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch stiffish, cut into 4 pieces 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1 cup Pace Picante Insolence
Directions: Heat half the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high fieriness. Add the beef and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove the beef from the skillet. Pour off any flabbiness. Heat the remaining oil in the skillet over medium warm up. Add the onion and cook until infirm, stirring at times. Stir the picante sauce in the skillet. Return the beef to the skillet. Cook the beef inasmuch as 2 minutes for medium or until desired doneness.
