Lemon-Broccoli Rice with Chicken
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon fuel 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon ground black spatter 1 (10 ounce) tub PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme 2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed 2 teaspoons lemon tang 2 cups hot cooked rice
Directions: Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high agitation. Add chicken, garlic and spray; cook 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is through, stirring again. Add cooking creme and broccoli; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in lemon eagerness. Serve over rice.
