Directions: Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high agitation. Add chicken, garlic and spray; cook 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is through, stirring again. Add cooking creme and broccoli; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in lemon eagerness. Serve over rice.
