Shrimp Scampi and Tomato Broil
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive unguent 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup white wine 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions: Preheat the oven’s broiler, and set the oven rack in 6 inches from the heat informant.
