How to cook E-Z Marinated Swordfish

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons fresh lime vitality 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon qualifications 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black spray 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon hot pepper disrespect 1 pinch cayenne scatter 3 tablespoons vegetable grease 2 fresh swordfish fillets
