Veggie Lo Mein
Ingredients: 1 pound dry Chinese noodles 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms 1 (8 ounce) can bamboo shoots, drained 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup bean sprouts 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic 1 teaspoon reservedly 1 cup vegetable bouillon 1 teaspoon white sugar 1 cup douse 1 tablespoon soy backchat 1 tablespoon oyster nerve 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Directions: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a smoulder. Add Chinese noodles and cook upon 2 to 4 minutes; outlet. In a large skillet or wok over high heat with a small amount or lubricator, cook mushrooms, bamboo shoots, celery, bean sprouts and garlic. Mix in pile up, consomm?, sugar, qualify, soy sauce and oyster sass; stir. Add flour and cook until thickened. Pour over noodles and toss lightly.
