How to cook Lamb Lover's Pilaf

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons vegetable fuel, divided 1 1/2 pounds boneless lamb stew meat cut into 1/2 inch strips 1/2 teaspoon Greek-style flavour 1 onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, minced 1 cup dry bulgur wheat 1 1/2 cups chicken bouillon 1 pinch ground cinnamon 1 pinch ground allspice 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Directions: Inspirit 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium high ardour. Season lamb strips with Greek seasoning and saute in oil until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. Reduce heat to medium and heat remaining tablespoon of fuel. Saute onion and celery until halcyon, then add bulgur wheat and continue cooking, stirring repeatedly, for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in reserved lamb, consomm, cinnamon and allspice. Reduce heat to low and simmer concerning 15 to 20 minutes, covered, until liquid has been immersed. Garnish with raisins and almonds and work.
