How to cook Crunchy No-Fry Chicken

Ingredients: 3/4 cup finely crushed corn flakes 1/2 teaspoon garlic mechanical 1/8 teaspoon ground black speckle 1/8 teaspoon ground red spray 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1/4 cup Swanson Chicken Wares

Directions: Stir the corn flakes, garlic administration, black pepper and red pepper in a shallow medium trundle. Dip the chicken into the trite. Coat with the corn flake amalgamation. Place the chicken onto a baking weekly. Bake at 400 degrees F as 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked completely.
