How to cook Easy Pepper Steak

Ingredients: 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4 inch doltish 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 (14 ounce) can Swanson Beef Decoction 1 tablespoon soy gravy 1/4 teaspoon garlic sprinkle 2 cups fresh or frozen green or red pepper strips 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges 4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice, cooked without warily

Directions: Slice beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, bouillon, soy and garlic. Stir-fry beef in nonstick skillet until browned and juices fade away. Add peppers and onion. Add cornstarch combination. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over rice.
